近日,武汉理工大学重庆研究院“物流企业信息化与物联网技术研发”团队凭借一款软件在渝成功“破圈”,打通铁水“最后一公里”。据悉,该团队由姚寒冰博士、李勇华博士领衔,成功开发出“件散货生产管控一体化系统”,已先后在重庆果园港、珞璜港、江津港、万州港得以落地应用。Recently, Chongqing Institute of Wuhan University of Technology "logistics enterprise informatization and Internet of things technology research and development" team with a software in Chongqing successfully "break the circle", through the hot metal "last kilometer". As labor costs remain high, many ports explore equipment automation to reduce labor costs and ease efficiency fluctuations caused by labor shortages.

With the support of new infrastructure, 5G, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Beidou and other technologies are being fully integrated with port business scenarios to speed up the digital transformation of ports and promote ports from automation to intelligence. It is currently a difficult and painful point for large ports to improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs.

Li Yonghua introduced that according to the port operation situation, the integrated system of production and control of bulk cargo was built around three aspects, namely intelligent transformation of port machinery and equipment, intelligent resource scheduling algorithm and integrated system of port control. For example, based on the "Internet +" technology, the common "dumb equipment" in inland ports was transformed, which enabled old equipment to have the ability to send, receive and process data. It realizes the collection and management of equipment operation data. At the same time, on the basis of equipment transformation, the team developed the operation control system and the production management system covering bulk cargo, cargo and container business to standardize the management process of inland river production business; Through the integration interface of management and control, the close integration of operation control process and production management process is realized. Each link of production operation is monitored and analyzed, so as to realize lean production operation of inland port, fine cost control, and finally intelligent inland port.

It is understood that "bulk cargo production management and control integration system" in the development of "six innovations", such as port management and control integration, digital integration of production business system, iron and water combined transport business data seamless docking, handheld operation data entry, automatic acquisition of metering data, based on role access control technology.

Taking the seamless connection of iron-water combined transport business data as an example, this system is connected with the transport system of Chengdu Railway Bureau through Web service for the first time in China, which is a highlight of the project. It opens up the "last kilometer" between railway and waterway, and truly realizes the seamless connection between railway and waterway transport.

In addition, with the help of "Internet +", the system collects, processes and supervises the information of means of transport, operation equipment and goods in the operation process, and integrates with the production business management process to realize the integration of port control, which is also an important innovation point of the system.


在果园港,该系统正式启用至今后,提高作业生产率30%以上,港口增收500万元/年以上,为长江沿线内河港口的智慧化建设成功打造了一个智慧“样板”。“无人闸口系统”项目,建有5个闸口、16条通道,全部实现无人值守,散杂货车辆识别通行率99%以上,集装箱车辆通行率97%以上,集装箱箱号识别率98%以上,实现了散货车辆在港作业指令自动生成、自动结束,节约人工成本约280万元/年;采用无人闸口过闸自动发卡、收卡,过闸口效率提升95%以上,极大地提高了港区汽车提货、卸货效率。“无人值守地磅系统”项目,建有6台无人值守地磅,通过自动生成的地磅数据将商务、仓储、运输等单位和部门的业务有机地联系成一个整体,实现了信息共享和协同工作。项目实施后,车辆单车过磅时间不超过30秒,节约人工成本约300万元/年,且规范了操作流程,提高了工作效率和理货数据的精准性。In Guoyuan Port, the system has increased the operating productivity by more than 30% and increased the port income by more than 5 million yuan/year since it was officially put into operation, creating a wisdom "model" for the intelligent construction of inland ports along the Yangtze River. It realizes the automatic generation and end of the operation instructions of bulk cargo vehicles in the port, and saves about 2.8 million yuan of labor cost per year. Automatic card issuing and receiving is adopted through the unmanned gate. The efficiency of the gate passing is increased by more than 95%, which greatly improves the efficiency of vehicle delivery and unloading in the port area. "Unattended loadometer system" project, built six unattended loadometer, through automatically generated loadometer data business, storage, transportation and other units and departments organically linked into a whole, to achieve information sharing and collaborative work. After the implementation of the project, the weighing time of each vehicle is no more than 30 seconds, saving labor cost of about 3 million yuan/year, and standardizing the operation process, improving the work efficiency and the accuracy of tally data.

Yao revealed that he has applied for 15 computer software Copyrights and published more than 20 papers on the system. The next step will be to promote the system in inland ports along the Yangtze River.
